Online project to build free translating dictionaries (e.g. English to Spanish) by allowing individuals to add and correct entries. Several dozen languages represented so far. Dictionaries can be searched online or downloaded. Includes links to other free dictionary sites.

Introduction to the Russian language for English speakers. Site includes a searchable dictionary, beginning lessons (hopefully more coming in the future), alphabet, and grammar, common phrases in English and Russian (greetings, numbers, telling time, etc.), and games to help practice what you learn.

Mueller English-Russian Dictionary
Free English/Russian dictionary file and Unix scripts to help use and update the dictionary. You will need to have access to Unix/Linux or a Windows utility that can un-tar and un-bzip2 files. The dictionary uses KOI-8 character encoding. Site is in Russian; there is also an English mirror.
